Sound familiar?
This is a very commen problem on the corsa B. It is usually your backbox pipe knocking on the rear beam. You can solve this by getting smaller exhaust rubbers, buying a d.i.y exhaust clamp and place it into the heatshield or modify the rubbers on the mid-section. Another method is to loosen the 'u' clamp around the backbox, push the backbox up at the join the the centre section, then re-clamp. Hope this helped, and if you have a problem, use the search button to check if someone has asked the same question as you ... ![]() Last edited by Lee; 28-09-2008 at 09:35 AM.. Yeah i bought a clamp from halfords which is attached to a strip of rubber and then long piece of metal. I attached the clamp to the exhaust at the peak of the bend where it goes round the back axle and then found where the heat sheild is screwed on and attahced the metal within the heat sheld and bolted back up.

Mine was knocking on the rear beam aswell. I used a exhaust rubber ring (not sure if that what it is actually called) instead of the standard rubber it worked a dream. Hope this helps.
