OOH! Are the pics of your calipers on your thread? Are they Easy as I want to Blue mine
The pictures will be up tonight at some point! And it was not that hard really, just cleaned, masked up,sanded, cleaned and gave them a squirt that sounds so wrong

If you wanted like a really pro finish you could take the calipers off, but way too much hassle imo, just make sure you mask everything up where you dont want paint and you will be fine. Hammerite is pretty good! I used it on my rear brake drums, just did them black, hides them well :]]

HI everyone..as I've jsut got my PC working agian I thought I'd start a project thread about my new Corsa

SOOOO!

My Girlfriend bought it for me off some girl who had NO idea about anything to do with the car....

Its an R Reg Corsa B 1.0i 12v Trip

Right this is the day after I got it...already added my SXi Alloys

I then decided to put the lettering on the back

I didn't realise that I had put the Vauxhall lettering on uncentred

I didn't do much for a while, until I finally talked my Girlfriend into letting me paint more parts

The Door Pockets were changed to proper black plastic ones about a month after

During the painting of the Centre Console, i decided to take out the white strip things...this was a good idea as it let more blue through ALWAYS good

I bought anice 4 gauge dial set off the guy accross the street...still havent got the tach working

OBVIOUSLY had to put Blue lights in

I had to put my neons in this car I like to see my feet when Im driving

I went to my Dads in Braintree, Essex, for the weekend and thought I'd touch up some rust patches

Still needs T-Cutting

Painted the surround of my MFD as well

I got back home and decided to re-allign the Vauxhall lettering
Looks better I think

I just finshed Youth Work and thought Cordellia looked rather pretty alone at night in the petrol station

Eventually I got bored of my Sub constantly sliding in the boot SO...CARPET!!

A few weeks went past, and i decided my alloys looked terrible. SO following the guide on here I re painted them

THEN the next day...The guy accross the street sold me his complete interior for £25!!

With the seats in, I decided I needed a boot light. SO with the spare neon I had lying around I did this

Also I got some door sills from Marsha!!

Fitted and working with the door opening

I was driving one day and noticed i was getting no sound from my Sub!!
Turns out I'd blown the amp!!
Contacted the eBay store and they told me that if I paid an extra £20, I'd recieve an upgrade
Far nicer I think

I got bored one day and though I'd buy some Fog Lights (which I have found out are in fact BLUE Driving lights)
So here they are fitted

Quite Illegal lol..SO i taped them over and Ordered some white ones which were MUCH nicer!

The day that I fitted the white driving lights I thought I'd paint my arches and bump strips gloss black (bumper bits soon )

They will be fitted as soon as the bumpers have been painted

I thought next, that as I've been a member on here since December, I would get the Sticker that says it all....

FO SHO!!!!

AND NOW the most recent thing!

I bought some black angel eyes of iw_lawrence (thanks mate!!) and they arrived yesterday (as right now its Thursday)
Fitted

NOW...got some work to done on the driver side light as I think something on the chassis is bust ( I think Taurus said it was a white clip)

So the Drivers side light currently sits like this

Thats My Corsa so far

Future Mods are, Renault Espace Splitter, Sort Drivers light, Corsa C SRi/Astra SXi Alloys, Colour code mirrors, put gloss blacked bumpers/arches and bump strips on, lower and some awesome Blue rear lights

Comments everyone

Thanks for reading

Just not my taste, but it's not my car.

You can get GSi replica ones that you don't have to cut your arches with
Or Steinmetz replicas.
