O2 - mobile

took out a contract with O2 a while back and got a blackberry with 600 mins and 500 txts and unlimited data £35/mo

The other week i went over my txt allowance and my bill was £63 odd quid

so i phone them to ask if i can have more txts and the lady on the phone happily changes over my plan adding unlimited txts but removing international calls and other crap i never use so i was happy.

then i notice my data connection isnt working so that means no;
facebook
msn
internet
email
google maps
Blackberry messenger
etc which is a big part of why i got the phone

so phone up again today and speak to someone else and tell them my data isnt working, they inform me that it has been removed from my plan and unlimited txts added and that the other person must have been wrong and they want a extra £7.50 for data i just laughed at the woman and said i want my old plan back so thats getting swapped back.

just so much hassle definitely not going with O2 next year unless they offer me a really good deal not just one from there website.

anyone else with O2 good/bad?

go on orange

on my blackberry my contracts £25/month and i get 200 mins and unlimited texts plus the blackberry internet package

really reccomend them....been god for me

my orange sim only contract is £10 a month, 200minutes and unlimited texts, for 18months though. and before this contract i was on O2 PayasyouGo, which was alot better for signal on the whole, but all O2 contracts seemed to be atleast £5/£10 more expensive for the same sort of package.

nah me either although i'm not on contract i get and awesome deal from o2, if i top up 10 pound a month i get unlimited texts plus i get to keep the 10 pound i topped up

I pay £25 a month get unlimited texts and internet, and 300 mins. I hate calling people so barely use 20 mins, but get through about 600 texts a month. Also got a free phone. I most likly be elaving them, due to problems when my phone was stolen, and them ****ing me about

Im with O2, 600 mins, unlimited texts and phone. Been with them about 4 years or something now and not once had a problem

I'm on O2, £60 a month, 32gb iPhone, 1200 mins, unlimited messages and unlimited Internet, tis for 24months.

Currently on o2 getting 600mins unlimited txts free samsung jet and a nintendo wii £25 a month and had no problems.
