this is the only pic i have of a 1.2 16v if anyone has one let me know and ill add it.

Its a 1.2 Opel Corsa Swing '96

hi, had my corsa for little while now, have had a look at the site but im still confused on my engine. the V5 says it is 1.2 but then my friend said when he has drove it, it feels like a 1.4 engine is there any way you could tell from the image if it is a 1.2 or 1.4

On the front of the block on the right hand side is the code you may have to clean a little to see it.

Remember the 4-valve per cylinder 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4 engines (approx 1999 MY on) are basically Suzuki-derived.

Do you know if a 1.2 engine from a Corsa C will fir easily in a Corsa B?
or are there many modifications that need to be done?
I just want a better engine

i JUST WANNA NOW IF I CAN DO ANY THING TO MODIFY MY 1.2 8V ENGINE PERFORMANCE AND I FOUND THAT IN MANY SITES THE TOP SPEED OF THIS ENGINE IS 145 BUT I REACHED 155 BEFORE PLZ ADVICE.
