Caught up with a lad i knew havnt seen him in ages , played football with him every saturday as i was in a team under 16's :p anyway he got a corsa 1.6 sport 69,000 on the clock which isnt really that bad ... bodywork is good nothing wrong with it , interior is also good, he got it for £1,150 !!! now personally i think that is a bargin :)


Maybe a pointless thread :laugh:

If it is an R, then 69,000 is under the average mileage and yes it would be a good price, not the best price but for good condition it is a deal. (Btw this is only if it is an R, if it is newer then it will be an even better price.)

I paid £2200 for my S-Reg 98 1.6 sport last January with 50,000 miles. I thought that was a fair price for the condition and what it came with.

So the price your mate got it at is a bargain.

i paid 1900 for my W reg 1.0 nearly 2 yrs ago, it was in mint conditiong and hd only 34k on the clock, it was 5 and a half yrs old i think.
its now still only got 54k on, wich is still well below average millage i think.....
