It's vinyl printed, but only the best quality so it'll last and won't peel.
I'll double check tomorrow as it's £2 to most of the UK. If postage to Northern Ireland is any more I'll let you know.

I'll get an order in for a tshirt when my next lot of student finance comes through in April. Will be good to have it to wear at PVS.
