8v's are a piece of cake to do. Cut the old belt off, put the new one fully around the alternator pully, and as much as you can over the crankshaft pully, then flick the ignition on for a second. If you get it right the belt should be on and shouldn't need tightening up. 5 minute job.I did mine the other day but mine doesnt have a tensioner or anything else, just a basic loop from alternator to crankshaft.
