C20xe in my corsa sport. Keeps bursting pipes. It cracks on the bend above where it screws into the pump. 3rd pipe now. It's p*****g me off now. I've only had this problem since my car has been running full power. Have no idea if this has anything to do with it? My return feed was quite restricted so I have sorted that now. Could this cause fluid to flow back into the pump and build up pressure? Many thanks for any input.

no its because the pipes under tension when tightened. hold the pipe in one handand tighten evenly, with a new o ring

So just nip it up is that what your saying mate? Not do it super tight? There must be some kind of strain on it or what do you think? Cheers.

Been reading up and it says my pipe may be getting too hot because of the manifold and causing it to burst? Anyone heard of this before?

its usually the rubber one that does that...

Still have this problem, could it be the actual rack, it's good for 3 days then breaks, this is the 3rd time now. Or pump?
