Please can anyone tell me how i can get more oil to oil the cams and tappets as i have had it all cleaned out pipes etc, but it still needs more oil as it is very rattly the chain is fine the mmachanic said it is lack of oil getting up to the tapppetts does anyone know a way of getting more oil up to the cams etc it ghets some but very little . . please help . .. . .

Using a different grade of oil like 0W-30 synthetic could help. What are you currently using?
