Corsa BorC engine into D?

Hey everybody i am new here,

im a mechanic and engine recon/machine shop by trade,
will be doing a corsa conversion next year but for now......

Can a corsa B or C engine (chain) fit straight into a corsa D?
from what ive seen on working on D`s there is a difference in the inlet cam sensor?

what way around this is there and any other differences in fitting B+C engines into a corsa D.

All the corsa d's I have seen have a completely different engine,gearbox and mountings to the b & c corsa so can't see all the work would be worth it.
