The original unit in my 2004 Corsa is 'skipping' on the CD player, so I intend to fit replacement head unit, with the 'in-fill' panel. Are there any radio makes / models, which will present the station info. on the display above the unit, and also retain the use of the steering-wheel controls? Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you, as have not had to change one of these before.

Most current head units will make use of the steering wheel controls (usually with an adaptor).

However, to my knowledge, in order to use the current display you will have to get a vauxhall replacement head.
