Hi, just wondering, first if a decat pipe on a c20xe will make any real power gains? If so which is best and where to get it from?..

having a decat will not give any gains but will help towards gains with other mods, just get one custom made from a local exhaust place

If I was to get one off the Internet would it make difference/not fit if it was advertised as (for example) 'de cat for Corsa b 1.4, 1.6 16v' ?

You need one the same size bore, and length

I'm pretty certain you'll get small gains from a decat if the engine is a fairly powerful one. You're removing a restriction from the exhaust.
On smaller engines it isn't worth it, but on larger ones it is as you can get decat pipes pretty cheap.
