Thats defiantly best way to describe it, sat here now with it on my arm just need to keep smelling it lol

Yea its got a nice enough smell - bugger if you get it on your nuts though eh :laugh:
I did that once :( , never again :laugh:

lol, although studys do show it is better to COOL a damaged muscle ;)
Well actually it depends how long since the injury occurred, for the first 24 hours cold compression should be put on to decrease swelling but after 24 a warm compress should be used to help blood circulate to the damaged tissue.

Used it this morning after a game of football last nite, my calfs (sp?) are killing me! Sprayed it on, and just made it worse, thats the last time im using deep heat!!!!
