you wont get a decent ae86 for less than 3k

edit: and for previous posts, mx5s are ok but hard to drift as are short so will spin easily, get a beemer nice and easy, even better get a touring :)

I used to have an S reg bmw 318ti (e36) and the back end was always sliding out wether I wanted it too or not  They've got older style rear suspension compared to the saloon/coupe e36's so they slide a bit easier so I'm told.
edit - and a nice one won't cost much more than 1500.

theres a fair few of ae86s on ebay and pistonheads, be prepared to spend money though as they arent cheap! just get an e36 beemer, slam it, get the diff welded, and thats you on the go ;)

If you want easy go for an mx5 or an eunos import which will have an LSD as standard. pretty slow but will go sideways easy belive me and fairly easy to hold it there.

If you want cheap get an old banged up e36 bmw

if you want cool get a volvo 360 with a clio 1.8 lump in.
