Can anybody please tell me how to add a new earth wire to the ecu because I don't know the right way to do so. Thank you

Why do you suspect that the existing earth is faulty?

If you are quite sure that there is a fault with this wire, I would recommend that you solder the new wire at both ends and connect it to any earth point that is free from corrosion.
