I need to remove my trim on the door(the one that runs over the door then carrys on for a bit on the rear of the car.

Does anyone know how, if so please help me!!!

i have made a start on mine today, the glue underneath is really thick and hard to get off, i used a card to prize the strip up then slowly pulled the rest, but the glue underneath is a nightmare, its gonna take me about 2 week at this rate. lol
