I'm new too this so go easy on me!
I recently swapped the fuel tank due too a leak on my 1.2 16v corsa b. Everything went well and within a few hours I had the new tank plumbed in and all was well. The car started first time and without any problems, as I was tidying my tools away with the car still running the idle became lumpy and it started too splutter. Then the small black hose that comes down from the filler and goes over the back of the tank and up to the fuel pump had blown and fuel was pissing out. I reconnected the hose with a jubilee and it blew further down the line, I think the system is getting over pressurised but I'm not sure.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
