Fuse 3 - 7.5A should be controlling the turn relay
But it wouldnt be that if the left side is working.
I cant actually see what fuse is attached to the bulb (if any).
What I will say though, is that it appears the 2 relays for the turn signals are built into one unit.
At this moment in time, I would say its the relay that is knackered because when I looked at how the relay was built (2-in-1), one side can easily stop working whilst the other side continues as normal and the 'clicking' can sitll be heard regardless.
