Just a case of finding the plastic nuts and clips, you have to remove arch lining to get to the arches, most of the arch lining is attached by "button" like clips, there is one weird triangalur shaped nut in the middle of the arch, once they are all out you need to manoeuvre it around the strut tower to get it out, then its just a case of removing the plastic nuts from the inside of the arch to get the plastic arch off, which is pretty simple, a socket set helps loads. I did it in about 20 minutes in a scrapyard whilst it was raining, shouldnt be too dmuch trouble

might be easier to just tap them with a hammer through the liner into the bodywork of the car then go and buy replacement ones, what my mate did to my corsa, only about 80p for a pack of these clips
