Lowering kit and new alloys/spray what you have.

Things for free like removing badges.
Cheap like tinted side repeaters

De-bumpstrip the sides, transforms them. Possibly repair the kurbing on the front alloy or any other alloys in bad condition, or try and get a cheap set of nice alloys with tyres
