If I was to put an OMP or MOMO steering wheel onto the car, how and where would be a good place to relocate the horn button?

If you download the " Vehicle Wiring Products" catalogue, you will probably find suitable horn push in there.
For the MoT, it needs to be within easy reach of the driver (and be recognisable)

Best thing to do is locate the two brown wires, out of the 4 pin connector for steering wheel, add one to each side of a switch wherever suits, good place is where my engine start button is, where blank for front fog lights is if you don't have them
