Just looked under my bonnet and noticed my washer bottle and coolant bottle look quite grungey and mucky. What's the best way to clean these?
Thanks.

Well you can take the washer bottle right off, i would try cleaning it out with hot water, maybe able to use caustic soda...same really with the header tank, although i might be inclined with that to suck all the water out of it first then scrape out what you can then flush it out with boiling hot water....i wouldn't use too much soap, if that get in the cooling system it will froth up everywhere....you don't want to get a load of froth in the cooling system..prob block it up, its a good idea sometimes to just put plain water in the washer bottle, it will give them a good clean out....too much additive can block them up Fred. in Essex.
