In the present scenarios, most of the people want to lose weight but there are also people who often come up with the question about how to put on weight.

There could be many reasons behind having a lean body like Genetic reasons, diseases, eating disorders and lack of proper physical activity. The basic step to increase your weight is to increase your calorie intake; this could be done by drinking healthy drinks like fruit juices and fruit shakes, which are high in calories like mango shakes. You can also increase your calorie intake by increasing your meal intake; try to eat six times a day, which could be done by eating three big, and three small meals in between.

For better digestion and efficient absorption of calorie in your body keep a gap of three hours in between the meals. Exercising is also very important and most lean people avoid doing it, but to gain weight healthily despite of gaining fat you need to incorporate exercises into your daily routine; do resistance training exercises which would increase your muscle mass. Choose only that exercise, which help growing muscles. To let your muscle grow efficiently you should take ample servings of protein rich foods which are whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds). Milk is also a good source of protein. Avoid oily food, as this will only make you fat. Follow these simple steps and get your dream physique.
