when i start my car up in the morning and thrash it, it will idle @ 2000rpm and can increase and decrease but will no go below 2000rpm.when drivin down maci d's looks like i have my foot still on the accelerator and look like an idiot does anyone else have this trouble?

ye mines seems to do that but dont no what rpm it is as i have no rev counter but after reving it or driving it the revs are on higher then normal
