hi, iv got a p plate corsa and lost the chip out of the key, how can I bypass the immobilizer so I can start it. im not worried about the immobilizer not working but I need to get the car home, please help me!!!

I'm no sure that there is a simple way round this without 'tech 2' (software)
Your best option is probably to try your local Vauxhall specialist.
A Vauxhall specialist is a person or company who specialise in Vauxhall cars - they are NOT necessarily Vauxhall dealers, so they generally come cheaper than the latter.
Sorry that I can't come up with anything better, but if you would like to tell us what area you live in, maybe someone can steer you in the right direction.

Hi there its virtually impossible to by pass that immobilizer, as long as the light on the dash is on theirs no way on this earth that car will start...its probably integrated into the ecu, the best way to do it is find another key, or go to a main agent with all the car details, proof of ID etc...and ask him to do another key, prob be around 80 quid..programmed...from Fred in essex.
