You want a live map, not a remap.

A remap is just a standard map of the engine but a performance version o fit.

A live map will involve tuning the car whilst it's on the rollers to take into effect the inlet manifold.

I'm designing an inlet manifold for the Z14XEP, although i'm sure it can be adapted to fit other models ;)
15bhp would be a good gain with a mani and map

1.6's are suposed to get good gains from there duno about 1.4's aint seen any with them.
Vauxhall were surpised with the performance they got out of the 1.6 engines, so a restrictive manifold was fitted, basically to stop them out performing some of the astras. This is why the gains are so impressive and they are so popular.
