its a common problem for most if not all bulbs behind the dash to blow and not get replaced, mainly because its a bitch and a half getting behind there to replace them. Check the fuses first, but its more than likely that the bulbs have gone.

I have become right good at it now mate after doing it a few times.

Can get all the heater panel off and back on in like 20 -30 mins

First time tuck me about 3 hours lol
