Goes crap again with engine on and when you actually go to test car?

Any ideas?

No ABS on it.

Spent so many hours now.. Started to wonder if I missed a seal somewhere or something. I'm sure I haven't

Sounds to me like you have a leak which is allowing air in.

Try in and around the MC. we had this problem in college and it was part of the vacuum that helped braking power that was messing it up.

I know it for A audi diagram, but its the same concept.. Number 3, somtimes can be put in wrong or slips when put on. I made this mistake when replacing one before.

Think of all the parts in a braking system, then all the parts that haven't been changed yet. Logically, the problem should only be in the remaining parts. Unless there's a fault with a part that's been replaced already, or a part hasn't been fitted correctly. It's not had a mix of different types of brake fluid by any chance? .i.e silicone based fluid

Yup, changed the fitting that goes into the servo itself for a brand new item, and changed the hose up
Until the one way valve for a new one

IMHO looking like you have changed the servo and pipes etc, Id take drums off at the back and make sure pistons are not siezed and work way forward checking both brake callipers or do they defo work?

Wild guesses here trying to have a stab in the dark..
