I have a Vauxhall corsa sxi 52 plate and I have a white Mayo looking stuff in the breather pipe but nowhere else is there anything I can do please as I don't want to fork out lots of money if I don't have to

Hi Vicky it could be caused by a lot of short runs, best thing to do is take the rocker cover off and the breather hoses and give them all a good wash out with paraffin, and change the oil and filter, make sure the breather vent hole to the inlet manifold isn't blocked, might be worth looking in the air filter casing, it gets in there sometimes....from Fred in Essex.
