now then all..

as it's my first post, wanted to say ''hello''..
name's keiran.. or pugz
iv recently joined..to get a few opinions and/or advice on what's possible for my vehicle..:driver:
not sure if im in the right place..
but i'll have a bash anyways. :)

it's a silver corsa 1999 (v) 1.2 5dr hatchback
had only done 34,477 Miles when i got it.

the car was given to me having failed on rear shockers,
and a few other minor thing's. it's an absolute pearler in my eyes haha
''but what'da i know''.

it's since passed it's mot but still handle's like a land crab:laugh::palm:

just looking for cheap mod's that don't look stupid?

please bare in mind this has never been altered in any way,
no cut's into the wiring loom's (not even for the speakers)
no upgraded suspensions or air filters nothing

so..first thing is take the original stereo out(tape player/radio)
just :) bought a JVC kd-r head unit:

bought the Bluetooth streaming adapter also:
this allows calls at a touch of a button :)

and 4 300w boss 6.5''/17cm red speakers that i hope are going to fit straight in?:

:confused:well not sure what or how to do next?

a few simple things would be upgrade the front lights and sidelights to CREE they are very bright white awesome..

get a can of tint spray.. spray your fogs and side indicators..

i had ugly 17" alloys on and just got a standard set of corsa 15" alloys and the car looks so much better,

give the engine bay a good clean up then look into getting a performance air filter for it, K&N is fairly decent, got one on mine atm.

if youve got a bit of cash then look into a backbox exhaust or a full system mainfold, dummy cat etc..

ive got that cd player in my car, it sounds really good with the jbl 6x9's i have in my parcel shelf.

Those front speakers will fit if you buy the adapters from halfords or other audio shop.

speaker problems

cheer's for tha imput lad's,
been thinking of getting new lights,
as the headlights are dull or faded looking
and mo-mo wheel's are a might ha but what are the biggest wheels/cheapest tyres to replace.. that won't rub on the arches?

right well,
not a great outcome today ha..

the speakers have arrived and don't fit, can't believe it.

the boss 300w speakers have a Mounting Depth of: 2.125"
just the circumference of the speaker doesnt shightly fit??

feel as though i should cut the door out as it nearly fits  !!

Like above... OEM alloys, lowered, music (Theloudest.com if you have the cash and are really into your music, they have an eBay store which is cheaper), exhaust, OEM roof spoiler (if they did one for the 5dr :S).

And by the way, you might want to change that 'm8' to 'mate'...

The 'text-speak' police on here will be on to you ;) lol

No you can't. I will hunt you down.
* I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you're looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you stop text-typing, that will be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you and I will kill you.
