Josh don't get a sponge, get a washmit. Sponges scratch the paintwork whereas washmits lift the dirt. You get get them for a few £ from Asda.

I found the meguiars wash mit to be very good.

Meguairs Hot Wheels wheel cleaner or wonder wheels is the best allow wheel cleaner out there.

And if the back to black is for the bumpers and arches then use a heat gun on them then coat them with auto glym bumper care.

I used to use AutoGlym bumper care on my old Corsa, it did the trick really well but was a bit short lived.
