Corsa C, 2004, Z10XEP

Following original fault code replaced O2 Lambda sensor.
Fine for 10 days now fault light back on, can clear it for a few days then it reappears.
Assuming the replacement Lambda sensor is OK (Bosch model) where else should I be looking next?

This fault codes recurs every 3 days or so.
Really could do with advice as to where to check next!

Any O2 experts? It's a very annoying fault!
