here is a story of 2 door handels:

there were on a corsa for a period of time.

then they were taken off and sold on ebay-to me !!

they then sat in my boot for a month

then i sanded them primerd them and painted and laqured heres a few pics:

still needs laquer-they look really black compared to my car! hopefully they will match !

wicked man they look good when u putting them on ? im guna do this to my car just needa get the central locking tho for the de locked handles

Give them some time to dry and harden and they should fade a wee bit, paint looks 'rich' when its wet.

i did the last coat last night about 11 just doing laquer now

Paint looks very thick however the lighting isnt very good on the pic, best way to find out is by holding it against the car

They should look good specially as the car is black. I would like to do mine but I hate spraying since doing three bumpers in total and a spoiler.

i colourcoded mine by buying some cavalier rear handles of e bay. They are axactly the same dimensions as the corsa ones but the are smooth and are actually intentionally colourcoded on the original car so it made it a bit easier and gave a good finish. yours are looking fine though
