As Taurus says, it is probably down to high resistance in the earth connections of the lamps.
I would think that the only way your sub & amp could have any effect, is if they are sharing the supply or earth connections. In any case, it is easy enough to find out, just switch 'off' your sub/amp and try the lights - if the problem is still there, it is nothing to do with the sub or the amp.
