How do you go about removing the rear arches as I want to sand them down and spray them - and might start the prepping work tomorrow if I get all my uni work done?

ok thats cool i thought it was those white clip things that you squeeze to get them out - if its just bolts then thats a damn site easier lol.

Also I take it the car will be fine without the arches for a couple of days (hope that question doesn't seem stupid)

There's a few bolts on the inside of the wheelarch, and there's also two covered by the rear bumper. Ideally take the rear bumper off, it makes it a lot easier.
