Hi,

Im looking at putting a rev counter into my 1.2 8v but not sure which one to get Ive been looking at the 52mm pod guages are they easy to fit ? what one would be the best to buy ive been looking on ebay and found this

i think there fairly easy to fit you just need to link it to the green wire behide the speedo i think an a live an earth.as for the actual rev counter i think its all down to personal taste really.:thumbs_up:

probbly best just to get clocks from a scrapy that already have a rev counter from a sport/sri etc

its only the one wire afaik, the green wire as jim said.

Hi Cheers guys ive got a rev counter out of a sri. I have a 1.2 8v merit and im not sure if i have the green wire is there a way of finding out with out taking the dials out can i see on the ecu in the foot well or in the engine bay ?

corsa b's have a lottery of looms your just lucky or you aint, your looking for a solid green wire and its pin 17 on the mulitplug as far as i remember, you will either have it behind the standard clocks or behind the drivers kickplate where the ecu is, if not then just take a pulse from the ecu
