Dont know whats wrong with my wifes cars.

Hooter doesnt work
interior light doesnt work
number plate light doesnt work
hazards dont work (indicators do work)

fuses are fine, can a relay cause these specific iisues?\

hope you guys can help. my friend used a meter no power comes to the lights

Could be a loose connection block somewhere.The number plate light may have a separate cause.
I have seen on other threads that if you press hard on the instrument panel with your hands this can restore a loose connection somewhere behind the dash .This may relate to something completely different but its worth a try.
Hopefully a bright sparkie will help you out
