Hello AC.

The time has come to sell my Seat (again). For those that might remember, it was up for sale last year, but I had a change in circumstance and i ended up keeping it. However, now I'm ready to sell the car again.

The basics:
Seat Ibiza Cupra 20vT (180bhp engine)
2007 model (57 plate)
Emocion Red
Full Service History (Seat or Seat specialist)
MOT until January 2014
Tax until end of September 2013
54,000 miles

I've had the car for well over two years. It was bought direct from the Seat main dealer in Derby. Since owning the car, i have done a few subtle modifications but nothing major. The Seat has been a great little car since owning it and although it's the 20vT engine, it will happily return 30+ mpg for day to day driving. The car is very well looked after, always serviced (using Castrol oil and NGK-R racing spark plugs) and ran on premium fuel.

For those who don't know much about Seats Ibizas, this is the post facelift model (it was changed in 2006) which means you get cheaper tax, Cupra embroided seats, steering wheel controls and parking sensors.

Recent work:
Two new tyres less than 2 months ago on the front.
New front 4-pot callipers last year.
New disks and pads all round last year.
Flew through its MOT earlier this year with 0 advisories

As said above, all the modifications are smart and subtle, they just set the car apart from the rest.

TA Coilovers (Full adjustable front and back, these coilovers are still under manufacturers warranty. The car does not rub or scrape and clears enough ground to be driven normally (speedbumps are no problem, the car mounts kerbs fine etc) However if the buyer wants the car raising up to standard height, i am more than happy to do that before the sale.

ECU Map (Stage 1 map, bringing the car to around 210bhp and 240lbft and stated here but i've never had the car dyno'd so I can't be sure of the exact figures. The ECU has also had the VAG blip&blink added which blips the alarm to let you know its activated/deactivated when you lock/unlock the car from the fob. The map was professionally applied and car has been ran with the mapped ECU for over a year and a half and has never had any issues. Additionally, if this is not to the buyers taste i am more than happy to get the ECU reset to standard manufacturer settings.

Rear de-wipered. (the hole in the rear window is fitted with a genuine VW bung, the wiper arm will be included in the sale)

Forge Vacuum hoses (the engine hoses in the 20vT are commonly known for under performing when the car has been mapped. So in 2011 i had all the vacuum hoses changed from the standard hosing to Forge silicon hosing. The hoses are black)

Yellow Lamin-X front foglights

Carbon Wrapped front splitter

Sony CDX GT440u headunit (in red, to match the interior lights, this was added so i can play music through a USB rather than CDs, The headunit also has the proper Sony crossover cables so it still works with the steering wheel controls)

The car:

The price for the car is 4,950ono

I think this is a fair price based on what i've seen on P/H and Autotrader. At the moment, i've only seen one other post-facelift Mk4 Petrol Cupra for sale, its on Autotrader at the moment, its yellow and is selling for 5k on an 07 plate.
