 Will be sorry to see it go but I just want something with a bit more power, not sure entirely yet but I will be sticking around the forum still and let everyone know when I get my new toy! :D

If anyone wants some Angel eyes check the parts for sale section.

Almost time for it to go. Can I have any advice on selling my car as I have made the following changes to it...

Exterior Decorative Changes:
Coloured Bootlock and Irmscher Badge
Bee Sting Aerial
Fiat Marea Rear Wiper Blade and Arm
Different Front and Rear Colour Coded Bumpers
Plain Front Grill with Irmscher Badge
Clear Side Repeaters
Debadged

Interior Changes:
Glovebox with Door
Some Blue Interior LED's
What do I need to say to the new buyer if he/she is insuring it, do I have to tell them about all those points or are some not really that important, please let me know!

Good Points:
New Tyres
New Battery
Premium Sound System
CD Player with MP3 Player Connection
Tailored Car Mats
Factory Fitted Alarm
Immobiliser
New Exhaust within the last year
Vauxhall Corsa 1.2i "Swing" 1994
3 Doors
Caribic Blue
76501 Miles
5 Months Tax
5 Months MOT
Part Service History

The engine has not been modified at all.

Was also thinking £995 ONO for it, is this too much?

okay, i would tell them that on their insurance they would have to declare exterior decorative changes, as if not their insurance would be invalid and what happens if they happened to crash into your new car?? so what it bumps insurance up a few quid is it really worth not telling them?

£995 is a good price but you need to sort out the couple of niggles your having with it such as the speedo, as i wouldnt buy a car if the speedo was damaged.

Thanks mates

Yep I am, I'm getting an airbox from scrappy so they don't have a drilled one and also going to sort speedo out. I think it's a loose connection somewhere. Also I found this morning that my washer jets aren't working so maybe a blockage, the motor makes a sound though so it can't be that bad.

Sometimes they work but it's very foamy.

with the speedo, i was thinking try to unscrew it and refit it as you changed the bulbs didnt you?
I didn't change the bulbs as I never got round to buying the right ones, but yes I have had the clocks disconnected, but the speedo cable has never been removed off the back of them?

try reseating it anyway is worth a try
Yeah ok. Can't believe that a tap on the plastic panel makes it work again though, It doesnt just die while going along, it just doesnt work from start up sometimes and i get down the road and realise and tap it back to life. Very rare though it happens

speedo fixed, airbox changed.
Washer jets don;t seem to be doing much though right now!? I tried a needle in the holes, and shaking the tubes about to loosen dirt, it worked for a couple of times but then stopped again, strange! Not a biggy though eh?
