Hey guys, trying to install some angel eyes and it says that I need to remove the motor out of the back of my old headlights by turning it anti clockwise. I've turned it anti clockwise and it's popped out a little bit but it won't come out no matter how hard I pull it and I don't want to pull it too hard and break it incase I have to put them back in.

Turn the handle in back until it's at it's furthest point, and should be easier to pull out

Just doesn't move and I'm not convinced this isn't going to break it. Do you mean the white plastic knob with a hex in it?

Like you said you've done, just twist it round as far as it will go (If I remember correctly it should twist somewhere between 45 and 90 degrees).

Then just tug on it like you're on Redtube!

Mine were relatively easy to pull out but a friend of mine had to really have a go at his to get them removed. You can always replace them if they break lol.

I've just pulled it and the black bit snapped and is still left inside. Is this bad?

is it possible that the motor won't fit my new angel eyes model because they look totally different? The old snapped one was a long black thing and the new one is a bit of metal with thread on it
