As some of you may know, ive had trouble with my electric window switches (whoever wired them needs a slap). I got some new switches but they didnt fit, it turns out that the switches in at the moment are soldered onto some wires halfway down the door. Heres what the colours look like
Switch -to- Main
red -to- red
brown/green -to- black
purple/black -to- red
brown -to- green
purple/black -to- black
My new switch has the colours:
brown
black
grey/green
blue/red
As you can see, the new switch has different colours (and 2 less wires) than the original switch, can any help me as to which wire i should join up to which main wire? Thanks
