starts to pull away then losses power and feels like its going to stall but dose not just dose not pull as it should
when it reaches 3000 rpm if you keep the accelerator down you can here a clicking nose, sounds like its coming from the carburater

If it is anything like ready for a FULL service, that may be all that is required to sort it.

Your car is unlikely to have a carburettor, but you could try a tin of carb cleaner (from Halfords) and give the throttle body (the bit that I think you are calling a carburettor) a clean.
