Seat Belt Not Retracting

Hi Guys i just wondered if my seatbelt is not retracting very well can i somehow Wind it if you know what i meen or is this a new part?
If it is a new part are they easy to fit? cheers.

easy job but involves taking the back door cards off and plastic's

Having taken a few apart in the hope of repairing them my suggestion is not to bother - just buy a new one.

But it will pass the MOT if it needs feeding to retract.

ebay or local scrappy, just replace just incase
