in basic terms you will need to lower the compression, use some sort of mangement or as a quick fix used a RR fpr with slightly larger injectors, oil feed and return, turbo, manifold, boost pipes and intercooler/chargecooler, and thats just a very basic list.
likely turbo to use would be a t25 which you can find standard on quite a few cars and are reasonably cheap, and lowering the compression can be done with a decompression plate, different pistons, or machining the pistons in there currently.
you will need management if your planning on any sort of decent power output, unless your mainly just wanting to say 'i have a turbo' then you can run very little boost with an uprated fpr and injectors.
If you do it basically then my advice would be to get a decent oil temperature/pressure gauge along with a air/fuel guage /wideband to keep an eye on things so if you do come close to doing damage on standard management and internals you have a chance of seeing a problem before actually melting a piston etc.
