hiya mate, first of all good luck, when i took mine i was told by loads of people to just generally chat to the examiner before hand etc, just calms your nerves.

but remember that if you wasnt ready to pass your test, your driving instructer wouldn have booked you in for it.

Good luck Jo and dont worry as already said you wouldn't be taking your test if your instructor didnt think you were ready

 

its weird cuz im scared but do feel ready at the same time

 

i was scared on the day of mine, so bad, but when the examiner shakes your hand and says congratulations, not much of a better feeling then that i can tell you, well, i can think of one...

 

just take your time an be cool! dont be scared to ask the exaimer anything either!

 

Well being a bit scared might work in your advantage, it will mean you wont be over confident and therefore wont seem cocky in the examiners eyes. This should have the affect of being marked fairer, but basically just remember everything you have being taught in your lessons and theres nothing to it. Hood luck.

 

also mate, check your mirrors more, i was told that if the examiner see's that your checking safety a lot, they'l let you get away with more.

i was told to have my mirrors slightly off so that i had to move my head to see out of them properly, i was told not to jus move my eyes when checking my mirrors it worked for me........ good luck let us know how ya get on

dont worry about it my g'f failed 4 times just make sure u have another lession or so on reversing round a corner and then u'll be on the road b4 ya know it :thumbs_up::driver:

Yea she was gutted this morning when she came oin from test and really upset cos she thought she had let everyone down which of course is rubbish. her instructor has told her to book another test for couple weeks time and they'll practise reversing up until her test so should be ok.

yea she joined up bout a month ago cos she loves her corsa so thought she would up the member count. she's gonna go gold soon just to help support the site

 

Just try again, once you are ready to pass just keep at it eventually everything will go right for you.
